I'm going to fess up now and just admit that Ms. Hunter is one of my favorite authors. I'm very happy to be part of this cover reveal event. I highly encourage you to read her Elemental Mysteries series, and pretty much everything else she's published. 

 So, without further ado, here's the synopsis of Shifting Dreams:
